What occurred that I dont know about that caused these rules list to show up.  Systems been down for the last four or five days.  I thought we wouldnt need this, with the good caliber of people that plays on here.  So sad, so sad.

I think Volgar is saying that his system went down for a few days and was wondering what he missed that provoked the rules to be posted.  What action prompted the rules to be posted?  I'm a bit curious to know myself.....

The rule list Is popping up As a result of our last Admin. meeting. It is set up so that anyone that goes to the forum for the first time has to read them. The rule have not been followed  by members as of late and as admins. we have not been enforcing them as much as we should. so they are there as a reminder and a refresher of the way we should carry ourselves on the forum and server.

I can't see the "rules" anymore.  If I remember correctly, they are those that FSSarge's clan used, and he posted them here as a "start" to the DUI Admins doing their own, which has not been done/finished yet.  That's my understanding of it all.
