I have read your topics, and I understand about the requirements.

I went today and found a headset w/mic, just like the one I had, should work fine as long as I don't forget where I left them and sit on them like last time.     I have played in scrims before, so I know how important it is to able to communicate with teammates, or to get important info on scrim. So I have that requirement covered. :)

I saw someone elses topic on scrim maps (maybe was sarge), so I have downloaded them and put them in my cod uo 151 folder, so I guess I have them ready.

You spoke in your second topic about "knowing the maps"  "noob",, well that would be me.  I do not remember ever playing these maps.  Is it possible to view these maps ahead of time to be sure they load properly, and also get alittle time to get familiar with the maps??

Ltr, is that like team deathmatch??   Retrevial, Search and Destroy, Base, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Ctf, Htf, and there may be more,  it's just Ltr I'm not sure about. If you ever see me Spectating, it is uaually because I'm no familiar with the map, and I watch to learn my way around map, or (may be out with dog)  :)

I do not want to "step on any toes", so if others (DUI or usual players) show up late, and/or you have enough players and I make odd number of players, then do not hesitate to ask me to leave, I'll understand.

check your accounts web site pm's, for the scrim server password and ip address.

the maps are loaded on the server so you can go on there anytime and check them out.

remember you will have a separate mod to download and let install. there are a couple more guns that the main server does not use anymore, the server rotates you from warlords to forsaken half way thru the map so that you play both sides of the map in one running of the map. you are marked in LTS when there are only 1 person left on each team. there are a few other minor tweeks of the dui modern weapons mod but everything else is the same.
the mod download is just as big as the main servers mod so it may take a few mins to get it all, be patient.

This is enabled on the main server also when it's 1 vs 1

Thomas ( LTS ) is " LAST TEAM STANDING "  that is a form of team death match only thing is if you are the last one left on your team and it becomes a 1 on 1 you are marked on the compass. If you wish to play in the scrim and have met the requirements then by all means please sign up and show up and get a hold of Roof Rat sorry I mean Oldage and he will get you in.

Not LTR, Thomas, LTS--last team standing.  It's team deathmatch with no respawn, and when it's down to 1 v 1, both players are marked on the compass.  (Current) scoring is the winning team gets 2 points, and in a draw (if the game comes to the 5-minute end and each team still has living players) each team gets 1 point, and first team to 10 points is the winner.  Plays very fast, usually, unless people go and hide instead of engaging the enemy.  (Really should be a higher score before the game ends, IMHO, but that's a horse of a different color and currently I'm all alone in the wilderness crying to the unwashed masses that it should be changed...........)

So LTS is more of a sneak and snipe play, than run and gun TDM or objective-based no-respawn SD or RE.
